Work package title: Project Management



  • To guarantee the non-technical and administrative coordination among all activities involved in the project. (e.g. IPR, consortium agreement, contractual issues, project costs, reporting).
  • To ensure proper level of co-operation, communication, knowledge diffusion and consensus among project members.
  • To coordinate the management reports
  • To administer the project resources and monitor project spending.
  • To resolve any project internal conflicts
